1. Our Commitment

MENTOR Learning, Inc. ("MENTOR," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

We believe that the web should be accessible to all, regardless of technology or ability. We strive to ensure that our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service") are accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments.

2. Accessibility Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

  • Consistent navigation structure throughout the Service

  • Logical tab order
  • Visible focus indicators
  • ARIA landmarks to identify regions of the page

Text and Readability

  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Text resizing without loss of content or functionality
  • Readable font styles and sizes
  • Clear headings and content structure

Images and Media

  • Alternative text for images
  • Captions and transcripts for audio and video content
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second

Forms and Interactive Elements

  • Descriptive labels for form fields
  • Error identification and suggestions
  • Keyboard accessibility for all interactive elements
  • Sufficient time to complete actions

Customization

  • Dark mode option for users with light sensitivity
  • Ability to disable animations
  • Text-to-speech compatibility

4. Known Limitations

While we strive to ensure that the Service is accessible to all users, there may be some limitations:

  • Some older content may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We are working to update this content as quickly as possible.
  • Some third-party content or functionality may not be fully accessible. We are working with our partners to address these issues.
  • Certain interactive learning exercises may have limited accessibility options. We provide alternative methods for completing these exercises when possible.
