How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy! Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the page. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. You can also sign up using your Google or Apple account for faster registration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For annual subscriptions, we also offer payment via bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods, but you won't be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
How does the AI personalize my learning experience?
Our AI analyzes your learning patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement to create a personalized learning path. It adapts in real-time based on your performance, adjusting the difficulty level, recommending relevant content, and providing targeted practice exercises. The more you use MENTOR, the more personalized your experience becomes.
Can I download courses for offline learning?
Yes, most courses are available for offline learning through our mobile app. Simply look for the download icon next to the course or lesson you want to save. Downloaded content will be available for 30 days without an internet connection. Note that some interactive features may require an internet connection.
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
Yes, you'll receive a certificate of completion for each course you finish. These certificates can be downloaded, printed, or shared directly to your LinkedIn profile. For certain professional courses, we also offer accredited certificates that are recognized by industry partners (available on Pro and Enterprise plans).
How often is new content added?
We add new courses and update existing content regularly. On average, we add 5-10 new courses each month across various categories. We also update our existing courses to ensure the information remains current and relevant. You can see recently added courses in the "New" section on the homepage.
What are the system requirements for using MENTOR?
MENTOR works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and requires an internet connection for most features. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your browser and having at least 4GB of RAM. Our mobile app is compatible with iOS 12+ and Android 8.0+.

Is there a mobile app available?
Yes, MENTOR is available as a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play Store. The mobile app offers most of the same features as the web version, plus offline learning capabilities.
Can I sync my progress between devices?
Yes, your learning progress is automatically synced across all your devices. You can start a course on your computer and continue on your mobile device seamlessly. Just make sure you're signed in with the same account on all devices.
Does the mobile app use a lot of data?
The amount of data used depends on the content you're accessing. Video lessons will use more data than text-based content. To minimize data usage, you can download courses for offline use when connected to Wi-Fi. You can also adjust video quality in the app settings to reduce data consumption.
